My friend, Jacqueline, has graced me with many gifts. One of my favorites is her Power Ball recipe! These are great for breakfast or a high protein snack. Filled with healthy stuff and also great taste, you will love them for mom, dad, and kiddos alike!
1 1/2 cup instant oats
1/2 cup organic peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
Chia seeds, ground flax seed, mini chocolate chips, and a pinch of cinnamon to taste.
1 drop of Young Living Orange EO optional!
Roll into balls.
Roll in unsweetened coconut.
