I love a simple, healthy, and yummy recipe! I’m all about finding little ways to make my days easier with three kiddos running around, and I love keeping my energy up with healthy foods. I was looking through smoothie recipes online last week, and I tweaked one to fit my daily craving for brain food, something sweet, and also something filling. Below is an extremely quaint recipe for a homemade avocado smoothie that is delicious and healthy! Enjoy!

1 Avocado

1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks (can be substituted with blueberries or strawberries!)

1/4 Cup Milk of Choice

2 Tbsps Raw Honey

1 drop YL Tangerine Essential Oil

Mix in your Vitamix or blender until smooth!
